HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ACCESS?

All subscriptions are delivered digitally via email. You will receive your personal login details, PDF guides, and links to your video lessons within 24 hours of purchase.

Example: If you subscribe on September 10th at 3 PM, you should receive your email by September 11th at 3 PM.


HOW YOU’LL RECEIVE YOUR ACCESS

After enrollment, you will receive:

  • A welcome email with your personal login details.

  • A starter PDF guide with stitch tutorials, project roadmap, and first patterns.

  • Direct links to your video lessons and private crochet community.

All materials are delivered to your inbox, so you can start learning immediately.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ACCESS?

Once you receive your welcome email, you can log in anytime at lemo-pay.shop/login to:

  • Access all video lessons

  • Download PDFs and patterns

  • Track your progress and completed projects


HOW DO I KNOW MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVE?

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Lemo with all your access details.

Example:
Subject: “Welcome to Lemo – Your Crochet Subscription is Ready!”
Content: Login link, password, starter PDF guide link, and instructions for accessing your video lessons.


I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you do not see the confirmation email within 24 hours:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Ensure you entered the correct email at checkout (example: john.doe@gmail.com).

  • If you still don’t receive it, contact us at support@lemo-pay.shop and we will resend your access.


CAN I SHARE MY ACCESS WITH OTHERS?

Access depends on the plan you purchase:

  • 1 Access – For solo learners

  • 2 Accesses – For you and one friend/partner

  • 3–5 Accesses – For small groups, families, or classrooms

Example: A family of 4 can purchase the 4-access plan and each member will have their own login and progress tracking.


HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS?

Access lasts for the duration of your subscription:

  • 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years, depending on your chosen plan.

Example: If you purchase a 6-month plan on September 1st, your access will be valid until March 1st next year.


DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL ACCESS?

Yes! Our subscription is accessible worldwide. As long as you have an internet connection and an email address, you can enjoy Lemo from anywhere.

Example: A subscriber from Canada, Brazil, or Japan can log in and start lessons immediately after purchase.


TAXES & DUTIES

All payments are processed digitally. No physical shipping means no customs fees or import duties apply.

Example: A subscriber in Germany pays the digital sales tax applied by Shopify, but no additional shipping fees are charged.


HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Lemo uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) to protect your personal and payment information.

  • Your details are used only to process your subscription.

  • Your information is never shared with third parties.

Example: Your credit card info is encrypted, just like at major online retailers such as Amazon or Etsy.
